What payment methods do you accept?

We access Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure merchant gateway. 

How are the products shipped?

Products are shipped primarily via UPS, but some small light items may shipped via USPS Priority.  

How is shipping calculated?

The shipping costs are calculated using the UPS real time shipping calculator.  If your order totals more than $50 (before taxes, if any), you will not be charged for shipping fees. **Please note that some items are excluded from our free shipping policy due to size or weight.  Shipping will be charged for these items regardless of your order total.  If an item is excluded from the free shipping policy, it will be noted in the item's description.

What is the product return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with any product from HappyPetSupplyShop.com, you may return the item for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the product.  Should you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days and a full refund will be credited back to your credit card, minus any shipping, handling, or freight charges.   

Do you charge sales tax?

We charges sales only on purchases shipped in California.

Do you offer product warranties?

Some of the products we offer carry a Manufacturer's Warranty which will be indicated on the documentation provided with the product.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacement as instructed on the warranty documentation provided with the product. 

What if I receive a damaged product?

All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.  If the product is damaged in delivery, please report to the carrier any visible damage to the box upon delivery.  The product will be re-shipped to you when credit from the carrier is received.
